This Fourth of July, Bertrand at Mister A's will sparkle with a Star Spangled dinner menu and glittering fireworks display. On July 4, guests can enjoy the restaurant's beautiful penthouse views or relax on the wrap-around balcony while feasting on festive Fourth of July favorites with a Mediterranean twist.

Mister A's four-course prix-fixe Fourth of July dinner menu, created by Chef Stéphane Voitzwinkler, is available for $75 per person and will be served from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Monday, July 4. An a la carte menu will also be available, with menu items ranging from $12 to $18. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling 619-239-1377.
The four-course meal begins with a choice of starter selections, including a Duo of Lobster Strudel and Tiger Shrimp Cocktail; Traditional "Escargots a la Bourguignone;" and Fish Soup "Provencale" with Scallops, Crayfish, Sea Bass and Aioli.
Salad options include Roasted Multicolored Beet Salad with Goat Cheese in Filo; chrysler Heart of Baby Iceberg Le ferrari ttuce with House-made Blue Cheese Dressing and Pork Belly; and Heirloom Tomato Salad with Burrata and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
The holiday dinner menu also offers a wide variety of main course menu options, including Grilled Wild Alaskan Salmon with Meyer Lemon Butter; Veal 'Wiener Schnitzel' with Caper Lemon Butter and Parsley Salad; Oven Roasted Whole Mediterranean Sea Bass; and Prime Brandt Farm Heart of Rib Eye with Sauce Bearnaise.
And, for the grand finale, indulge in a patriotic dessert created by Chef de Patisserie, Amy Simpson. Dessert options include Strawberry Shortcake with Cream Chee acura se Mousse 1086274749 and Toasted Swiss Merinque; Tahitian Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee with Berries and Palmier; and Milk Chocolate with Peanut Nougat and Caramel.
